Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Real Estate Brokers and Realtors in the territory, maximizing and enhancing volume opportunities with assigned Real Estate Brokerages, promoting the sale of Coldwell Banker Mortgage products, services, and programs, marketing originations through the Tier I method (make the phone ring), providing excellent customer service, monitoring relationships and act as a liaison between Coldwell Banker Mortgage Services and Real Estate Brokerages to resolve issues as they arise.
As needed, Account Manager originates quality loans in compliance with Coldwell Banker Mortgage’s policies and procedures. Qualify applicants to insure that a viable transaction exists. Submit complete and accurate applications along with an in file credit report and other required documentation with a complete transmittal checklist
REQUIREMENTS
Requires College degree or equivalent experience, working knowledge of FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA guidelines, proven sales/relationship building and customer service orientation.
1 to 2 years minimum experience originating mortgage loans is required.
Experience in mortgage operations, processing or underwriting with a minimum of one year industry related sales experience is helpful.
